These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Traviq corporate travel platform at traviq.co and its subdomains (“Traviq,” the “Service”). Traviq is operated by Drumworks Ventures, a Partnership Firm (GSTIN 27AASFD4920E1ZE, registered at Chembur, Mumbai 400089). By creating an account or using the Service, your organisation (“Customer,” “you”) agrees to these Terms.
1. What Traviq is, and what it isn’t
Traviq is a software dashboard and managed-service layer for corporate travel. We let your team search, book, manage, and reconcile business travel under your company’s policy and tax setup.
Traviq is not an airline, hotel, or travel agent of record. Flight and hotel tickets booked through Traviq are issued by our IATA-accredited partners TravClan and Tripjack, whose terms apply to the travel inventory itself (fare rules, cancellation rules, schedule changes). Traviq charges only its own software / service fee on top, with GST handled on that fee directly by Drumworks Ventures.
2. Who can use Traviq
You may use Traviq if:
- You represent a business entity registered in India with a valid PAN.
- You are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.
- You and the entity are not on any prohibited-party or sanctions list.
Traviq is built for business travel. Personal or leisure travel is not within the intended scope of the Service.
3. Accounts and access
Account credentials must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your accounts. You agree to notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or revoke access if we reasonably believe an account is being used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
4. Fees, payments, and taxes
Your subscription tier, included usage, and platform fees are set out on your order form or in the Service. Payments are collected through Razorpay (RBI Payment Aggregator licensed). Pass-through travel costs (airfare, hotel tariff, applicable taxes and partner fees) are billed by our ticketing partners on their own invoices.
Traviq’s software / service fee is invoiced separately by Drumworks Ventures with GST applied as per the CGST Act. Your input tax credit eligibility depends on the supplier of record (airline, hotel, TravClan, Tripjack, or Drumworks Ventures, as the case may be) and on your timely reconciliation in GSTR-2B.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund mechanics for tickets are governed by the underlying airline / hotel and partner agency rules. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how requests are routed, what is refundable, and the timelines you should expect.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Traviq for any unlawful, fraudulent, or sanctioned activity.
- Resell, sublicense, or repackage the Service without our written consent.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the security of the Service without authorisation.
- Submit false GST, PAN, or traveller information.
7. Data and confidentiality
Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Confidential business information you share with us is used only to operate the Service and is not disclosed to third parties except as needed to deliver bookings (partners listed in the Privacy Policy) or as required by law.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not commit to a specific uptime SLA at this stage. Planned maintenance is communicated where reasonably possible. Travel inventory availability and pricing depend on third-party systems outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traviq, Drumworks Ventures, its partners, and its officers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, missed connections, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the platform / service fees paid by Customer to Drumworks Ventures in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Travel-specific risks — schedule changes, denied boarding, force majeure, weather, airline insolvency, route changes, baggage incidents — remain the responsibility of the airline, hotel, or partner agency providing the underlying service.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Traviq, Drumworks Ventures, and our partners harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or the submission of false or unlawful traveller, tax, or company data.
11. Term and termination
These Terms remain in effect while you have an active account. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within thirty (30) days of written notice. We may suspend the Service immediately if continued use poses a security, legal, or payment risk. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; statutory records are retained as set out in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. Before filing a claim, please raise the matter with our Grievance Officer; we will use reasonable efforts to resolve it within thirty (30) days.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be notified by email to account administrators with reasonable advance notice.
